Nutrition 4 Specific Sporting Events
A good way to kick start your health and fitness plan is to pick an event (big or small) and set a training and diet plan leading up to the date. Edwina has competed in a number of sporting events and is able to advise you on both a training diet and a race day nutrition plan. She understands the training required and is skilled and preparing both training and race day eating plans.
