Nutrition Education & Hands On Cooking Class
This is not just a cooking class, it is also a learning experience. Culinary nutrition is the combination of nutritional education and hands on cooking skills. It is where science meets the kitchen and you learn the what, why where and how of healthy cooking. Eat the right food at the right time can have a major impact on your energy, mood, sleep, relationships and performance at work and sport. Learning about health and nutrition and applying this to your daily life is a proactive step in reducing your risk of future health issues including chronic disease.
